The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about SPIRIT OF AFRICA COSMETICS, our products and business opportunities.   In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.

Product and Service Availability
Reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available or that the name and description of any product in your local shop will be the same as that included on the Site.

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually be delivered right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is confirmed "In stock" when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail that your order will not be complete and that the item/s has been placed on back-order. You may in turn make an alternative choice of product with the same value.

Colors
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Backorders (out of stock)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers.

SPIRIT OF AFRICA COSMETICS will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and dispatch the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email. We will either refund you or send you an alternative product of your choice to the same value.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all SPIRIT OF AFRICA COSMETICS merchandise. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for an  exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus delivery and handling charges) providing that the item is not damaged or used. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional delivery or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective deliveries..

Product Orders
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your payment has been made. If your payment for the purchase has already been made, we shall promptly issue a credit to your bank account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.

Delivery
The costs incurred for delivery will be partial for the distributor’s account.  Only parcels less than 1 KG will be sent with Speed Services (Counter to Counter).  All other parcels will be sent via our courier service, airmail or parcel mail with the South African Post Office.  Please refer to The Delivery Cost Guide in The Training Manual or on the website.  Spirit of Africa Cosmetics ensures that all items are packed and checked by two staff members and are marked when it is placed in the box.  Spirit of Africa Cosmetics will not be held liable for any theft that may occur during the delivery of any parcels, and unfortunately any such items will not be replaced.  If you prefer that we ensure your parcel, you will be liable for insurance costs.  In the event of damages Spirit of Africa Cosmetics will replace any broken items providing that the damaged product is send to us via airmail or normal parcel mail.  Once we have received the damaged product we will immediately send a replacement product. Dispatch of products takes between 1- 3 days depending on how busy we are.

Product and Service Availability
Prepackaged gifts are assembled individually and may vary slightly. SPIRIT OF AFRICA COSMETICS reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered prior to packing & dispatch. If we do not receive proof of payment from your credit issuer or its agents, your order will not be dispatched.. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment if we do grant you any credit facilities.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products delivered to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, we sell in throughout Africa.

Ownership of Materials on the Site
SPIRIT OF AFRICA COSMETICS, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright, trademark, patent, database and other proprietary rights in the site and its contents. Without limitation of the foregoing, we own a copyright in the site as a collective work. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilize, or reproduce any part of this site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) except with written permission from the company owners.
